• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the original stake will be refunded.

Ngot88 reserves the right to void any bet and permanently suspend an account if suspicious betting patterns, match-fixing, or any attempt at manipulation is detected. Ensuring fair play is our top priority.

Ngot88 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following bonus terms and conditions apply to all offers:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, which are stated alongside the bonus.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly – wagering requirements must be met first.
• Each promotional offer may only be used once per account, per household, or per IP address.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe after a bonus is credited, the bonus will be forfeited.

If ngot88 has reason to believe that the bonus system is being abused — such as one individual using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ngot88 platform and will result in permanent account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another member's account.
• Registering using a false or fake identity.
• Attempting to influence results through match-fixing, manipulation, or any other dishonest means.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to withdraw bonuses by circumventing the applicable terms.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Collecting or using other members' personal information.
• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, ngot88 reserves the right to suspend the account and forfeit all wallet funds without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken if deemed necessary.

For accounts inactive for 12 months or more, an inactivity fee of ৳100 or 10% of the balance per month (whichever is lower) may be charged. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed.

• Interruptions to betting sessions or transactions caused by internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment gateways or mobile banking services.
• Financial losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
• Platform unavailability during scheduled technical maintenance.
• We have no control over the outcomes or circumstances of sporting events.
